On the 24/04/2013 i was involved in an accident and was bumped from the back.
My insurance organised me a courtesy car from tempest car hire which was polo vivo.
I was told to pay R500.00 for the full tank and when i bring back the car with full tank then i will be refunded.
i swiped using my bank card for the R500.00.
since 24/04/2013 till 23/05/2013.
On the 22/05/2013 i was hijacked at gun point in my yard at 19:55 as i was about to park the car.
The hijackers took the car and my personal belongs inside.(licence, cash, etc that can be inside a lady bag)
luckily the car was found the very same night but my belongings where gone.
On the 30/05/2013 i received a sms from Tempest car hire saying "a claim has been opened for body damages and my card will be billed with R2700.00"
I was very much disappointed with the service as on the 05/06/2013 my account was debited without my authority and just wanted to know if it happened that i never cooperated and the hijackers killed me who was gonna pay that money..dont they have insurance for their cars..it was the hijackers that did that to their car not me..
