Poor Service and lack of Communication

I was promised to have my car repaired in 4 working days. 6 working days later I had not heard from them and upon calling was told that they needed another 2-3 days. Total: 8 working days - double the original time!! While I understand that work sometimes takes longer than usual, my disappointment was that I was not kept informed of the updated delivery time.

On the day the car was due to be completed, I called them three times. Still waiting for a call-back.
