I rented a car with Tempest Car Rental on the 27th Sep 2013 for 2 days. I paid the refundable security deposit and I was told it will take 3-4 working days upon the end of the agreed contract to refund back the deposit. I've been calling Tempest (Cape Town City Branch) to enquire about the availability of my deposit and they always saying they will get back to me. Even today there has been no feedback and no money paid back in to my bank account. The last call I made to Tempest I was told the money will be back in to my account Thursday 11 Oct 2013. Its almost 2 weeks now and I still haven't received back my deposit.
