I hired a car on the 13th September and returned it on the 15th September. I paid in all my dues and also brought the car with full petrol in it. but to date i haven't received my refund back. there's this incompetent lady called Lebo at Tempest Soweto. I kept calling their office and asking about our refund and everytime she will ask for my ID number and the dates that I had taken the car.
A week went by and still no deposit and this is the second week and nothing in my account still. I doubt Lebo knows what she's doing because when i went there and stood right infront of her, she was looking all over the desk for my contract and she found it under tons and tons of paperwork - meaning she never ever bothered to follow up after all those calls i had made on my cell phone.
I will never ever ever hire a car via Tempest (any Tempest ie) they are so incompetent... FOOLS. BUT I WANT MY MONEY!
