I have received a fuel deposit from tempest car hire on the 30/06/2012 and I have noticed that tempest car has refunded me twice on the fuel.
My insurance company has informed me that I must return the 2nd deposit back which I have said to him that tempest must reverse the payment from my account. Tempest car hire did not carry out this simple instruction. On the 04th of July 2012, after waiting many days, I have contacted tempest got their banking details and made a deposit of R750 back to them. Now after many months later, I am receiving a letter of demand for the R750 which I have already paid. I have my POP, would u like me to sue you for falsely accusing me of non-payment. The unfortunate part is that I do not have my account number with tempest.
