Dear Peter,
on the 25 March 2013 I was involved in a car accident in East London using a hired car from Tempest. On the accident scene one of the motorist came to check if was not injured and he asked if he could call an ambulance, I told him no I was not injured except that I feel like sleeping and he said that is a worse sign then he said I must seek for medical attention urgently something is not right. Before we leave the scene I left my contact numbers to the guy that was working on the area since no police came. After an assessment we went to Police station so that I can right the statement and then after that we approached tow trucks and assign them to tow the car. He then took me to the airport because I had to fly back to Durban on 6 o'clock flight
When I arrived at the airport I went straight to Tempest to report about the accident and to give them the case number, I was required to write a report of which I did. On Saturday I booked another car from the same people online, booking was accepted and confirmed, to my surprised when I reached the airport I was told that Tempest will never give me their cars because I smashed another car and ran. They owe me a lot of money
