I bought a second hand Kia Picanto from the Tygerberg branch 3 months ago and 2weeks ago I had to have the car towed into the Paarden Eiland branch due to overheating while I was driving around for work. After 4 days I had to phone to find out what was going on and now one seemed to have looked at my car yet. 2 days later I was told what the problem was, but had to wait another 4 days for the part to arrive and after two weeks I received the car back only to have the same overheating happen on my way to the shops, a couple of hours after I fetched the car from the workshop! I was never once offered a courtesy car and when I repeatedly asked for one I was just told that they were all out and that they can't get me one from another branch. I have spoken to every person thinkable-DP, sales, service managers and even lodged a complaint on their website twice (I just keep getting a reply that says they are in receipt of my complaint and their working on it). I don't even care how long it takes for them to fix the car as long as they provide me with alternative transport in the meantime!
