I bought a Kia Cerato from Imperial Select Multi Franchise Boksburg. When i took delivery of the vehicle, BL 23 KD GP i was told that the spare key is not available at the moment, but the key was requested from HQ. Apparently HQ looses keys often as i was told.
A week after i requested more than once from the sales person Dirk Last when can i expect my key, he opens my emails but no response.
I then logged a complaint with Imperial Select and Lukin Day was assigned to my querry.
After several emails he indicated that this car came without a spare key and there is nothing that can be done. "We do not care about a client - not our problem - full stop"
This is completely unacceptable. I signed the papers when i took delivery and the sales person and I indicated on the form that the spare key is not there and he requested the key.
So what now? A key is not onlt R 5
My next complaint will be with Kia SA. PLEASE DO NOT PHONE ME - REPLY ONLY VIA EMAIL
