Terrible after sales service

We bought a Kia Cerato from Imperial Select Menlyn. Juan was very pushy to sell us the car but the paper work was far behind. I made a verbal agreement with Juan (salesman) that he had to fix the scratch on the door and clean the stain on the backseat before I bought the Kia. That was our agreement!!

He assured me that they would. Needless to say, day of delivery came and the Kia still had the scratch on the door and the upholstery was still stained. He had a long story of when he could fix this and promised he would keep me up to date. STILL WAITING!!

Then, only in the evening, did we notice the cars registration had expired by 3 months!!! Why did we pay admin fees and licence fees!!! Now when I contacted Juan about this he had all these long stories of why its been delayed.

Imperial Select is quick to make the sale, but don't give a after the sale, especially when they have left out major details from their side, which have cost me endless amount of money on phone calls and petrol driving back and forth to their branch.
