Extremely poor service

I'm writing this message very frustrated. My name is Mlungisi Ntobela. I bought a Hyundai i20 in December at Durban imperial select hoping that I'm buying a car at a reputable dealer. When I fetched a car it tyres were worn out with no spare wheel, the car was filthy, scraches on the body, the problems are too many to list here, etc. I have been to the dealership but they have all sort of excuses you may think of to avoid fixing the problems. I had a terrible a new years eve because I got stuck on the highway and had to take the car to Amanzimtoti hyundai because the car was overheating. It has become clear to me that Durban Imperial Select is run by who only care about the bottom line they don't care about customers after you have bought the car, the after service is not practiced at all, they soon focus their attention to the unsuspecting prospective customers. I have even contacted a customer care manager who contacted the dealer principal and this guy was no different because he continued to fool me around. Who ever goes to buy car at Durban Imperial Select must know that he or she will be falling in a big trap because those do not care about customers.
