Poor service

To Whom it may concern - I bought a demo model Kia Optima December last year.
- Is it normal for brake disks to be skimmed within 8000km's and reinstall the old disks pads? (Despite wheel alignment and replacing the tyres at my own expense, it was found the disks had to be skimmed) Still are waiting for new Michelin tyre warrantees from Kia?
- CD Shuttle doesn't work mostly use USB, within the warrantee period and before the second service an email were sent to the sales person confirming the CD Shuttle were faulty advised during the second service would be resolved only to find out 20'000km's or 1 year am liable for R24k on good will the dealer would meet me half way is this the norm?
- factory fitted tow bar, despite several complaints from the outset the bumper is damaged and Kia will not pay for the repairs (This is neglect on my part due to the mud flaps being damaged and a scratch at the bottom of the tow bar?) the fitment technician last week did modifications to the bumper to clear the tow bar... Recommended I push the bumper in place every time the mud flaps are bumped? What do I do?
- Auto transmission there are delays between shifting gears nothing can be done?
