Bought a second hand car from them, and was told that they had done a full service, 100 point check and sent it through COR. Only to find out 3 days later that the back tyres are bald and the break pads are metal on metal at the back, and a host of other problems (these are minor). What I am wondering is how this car got through COR? and Imperials 100 point check, with bald tyres and breaks that I was informed by the Imperial Select workshop were very dangerous.
They have replaced the tyres however when taking the car in to get the break pads done, which they had 5 days notice about they wait until 2 o'clock to inform me that they do not have any break pads in stock. Are you kidding me. We are talking about Imperial Select not a doge place around the corner.
