I was in an accident on the 25th of April 2013, my car was taken to TC Panelbeaters and it took almost six weeks to fix the bumper. I was told to pay for the courtesy car as per policy, the insurance only pays for rental for 15 days. For about two weeks I was paying for rental. On return, the car was overheating which has never happened before and was stuck on the road twice. The third instance was when driving from work, it started overheating and after it was cooled off, I tried to drive, the gears were not engaging. I called FFW and the car was towed to TC Panelbeaters. A week later Lucinda from TC Panelbeaters said the new radiator was put in the car and it was drivable. I went to TC Panelbeaters to fetch my car, only to be told the car needed to be towed. I was told that gearbox/clutch was not related to the accident which was not mentioned before and first to occur. I asked FFW to write a report why they are not going to fix that problem, the person to consult for further clarity and complaints. Samuels sent me a letter stating that the problem is unrelated and FFW will not pay for repairs only and no reference. I was told to return courtesy car or I will be liable for damages.
