Imperial Select Multi Franchise
WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR MY CAR TO BEREPAIRED!!!

Hi,

I bought a Jetta from Imperial Select Kia Wonderwaters. I drove it for 2 days then it started giving me problems. I send it back to the dealership to be fixed. It took 1 week for it to be check out what's wrong and 1 week for the approval for the part and now 2 weeks already that I'm waiting for it to be repaired. First it was waiting for the right part now still nothing. They keep promising me this week this week BUT nothing still waiting for my car which I'm paying for but not driving. My first instalment is already going off and I just had the car for 2 days.
