Massive problem with my ca

I bought a Chery qq 3 by the end of June all looked well and worked for about 2 days. after that 2 days my fan belt started to scream, and i know this can make your car brake down. i went to the workshop a the next day and told them about the problem and also told them my cabeal was also not correct. they took it in for 45 minutes and said it was fixed. i started the car and it screamed directly after i started it and they saw and heard it as well. the guy told me he will order a new fan belt and cabeal for me. after 3 week of screaming in my ears with the fan belt i heard nothing from them. i went back there and asked when they going to fix my car. a second technician came out took pictures of the cabuel and looked at my fan belt. they told me they will put an order through, because the previous guy did not order anything. so i waited another 2 weeks and still did not hear a thing from them. i went back there again and no one can tell me when they can fix my car. once again a new technician looked at my car and ordered a fan belt again. it has been 2 weeks from that visit so i am a bit off no one wants to help me.
