I applied for a car with Mcmotor @Gezina branch and the consultant who was helping me asked me to email him all the required documents of which i did. Two days past without any correspondence from the consultant of which i then panicked. I then called the dealer to speak to a consultant and was told to leave the message, hours went by without him contacting me then i called again and was told hes not in for the day, the receptionist never mentioned that on the first call. she then forwarded my call to the "branch manager" Oscar Malatjie so he can assist me. Little did i know i was gonna be told way to get off. I hardly explained my situation and then he was right on top of me screaming all the way not giving me a chance to explain my story of which really freaked me out. Told me there is nothing he can do i will just have to wait for the consultant to get back to me whenever. I then ask him politely whats his surname as hes the manager and doesn't handle this matter in a proper way. He was reluctant to give me his surname of which he added by saying "do whatever you wanna do but i wont give you my surname". I had to call the reception again to get his surname. be careful when deal
