Change of surname .. Two years and still not done

For two years I have tried to get my surname changed as I got married. I have even sat for 2 hours with a consultant and still no success. I have been into the branch more then 6 times and given proof of the change of surname. I was told that the system will not allow them to make this change??? Have email the compaints section and got no reply. To this day I still get my account with my maiden name. I am very frustrated!
