On Thursday afternoon my friends car clutch snapped and was not able to drive her car. She called the AA (has she has been a member for 15 years) for road side assistance. And was told that because she has not paid 2014 subs they will not be able to help her.
This is an elderly lady who every years pays all her subs and this is the service she gets. I have decided not to renew my sub with AA if this is the service you would get.
