Problem 2 and a half years and counting

Two and a half years I got married. Shortly thereafter, I went to the Tygervalley branch to:
- change my surname
- change my address

I had to fill in all the necessary paperwork and accompany it with all supporting documents.

Shortly thereafter it came to my attention that the documents are still sent to my old address, with my old surname. After I have phoned numerous times, I was assured that the problem will be solved.

I was not aware that I am actually paying for the account to be sent to my wrong address.

Beginning of June, went to the Canal Walk branch as I was due an upgrade, and asked again for my details to be changed to the correct surname and that they can rather send my account electronically, as then at least I do not pay for this service which has been going on for 2 and a half years. I had to present my ID to change my surname and again was promised that all is now confirmed.

To my horror I received my new statement, luckily by email, but still with the incorrect surname.

A couple of days ago I also received an SMS by the Hermanus branch (my previous home) as I am due for an upgrade???

What is going on?? I want to change my surname and address please!!!
