Ad attitudee and incorrect billing

I am not happy with the service i received this morning i called nedbank to inform you that you debited my account for no reason account is up to date i paid 2500.00 on the 07 of feb to make the account up to date now i get a very unhelpful consultant who refused to give me her surname telling that nedbank does not allow its staff to give out surname she has a bad attitiude her tone of voice is rude i work with clients i trat them wiht respect she then told me she canthelp me after 10 minutes of holding she said she was going to transfer me to the legal department which she made me hold for more than 10 minutes what kind of service is that

THE CONSULTANT 'S NAME IS KERFHIA SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER SURNAME

please refund me that R1105.00 today as i have other debit order and they will get insufficient funds because of you i not want to hear i am sorry for the inconvenience caused i want my MONEY TODAY
