Bad service? Hahaha!

Long story short: changed my surname to married surname a long time ago, but alas, got my new credit card today on maiden surname! Letter addressed to married surname, so how does this work? Phoned the 0861GOCARD line immediately, waited forever for a human since stupid prompts require info I don't have. Didn't help speaking to Tsongo because he just redirected me to the line that I told him was not working. He said "Press zero for consultant" but hey, there is no such option in the prompts!!!
Phoned again, spoke to him again, no use! Was told to go to a branch to fix, my response: "I might just go in to fix it yes, and while I am there I might just move all my banking to FNB or Nedbank! "
Poor service ABSA! (Good branch: Meyerton, pathetic branches: Vaal Mall and Riversquare).
I WANT MY CARDS RE-ISSUED WITH RIGHT SURNAME, HAND DELIVERED TO ME ASAP!
And why the card is sent to another post office than where my account is held, different story?!
Glad you record calls - listen to it!
Spent a lot of money "holding on" for somebody to help! More than 10 minutes this morning!
Don't contact me until you have a VERY good explanation and solution!
