Not changing surname

My surname changed and I went to the menlyn branch over a year ago with my ID and marriage certificate. The lady gave me my card and filed my documents. My surname still hasn't been changed and now when I lost my card I went to get a replacement they refuse to give me because my surname on my ID is different from account.now due to incompetence f ur staff I have to go again to a branch with my marriage certificate to change all my details. Shouldn't ill hire staff who actually know how to do their job?
