Didgusting Customer Service

I went to Fnb in Carlton Centre to load a notice on my 7 day notice account. the floor lady asked what i came to do as i walked in the bank i told her what i needed to do which was to a load notice. she said i needed to see a consultant, I then joined a queue to see a consultant. I stood at the queue for an hour to see this consultant, eventually when it was my turn to see a consultant I tell him what I needed help with I produced my ID with my maiden surname and marriage certificte. He said to me he cannot help me, he needs my id my my new surname. he then called the floor lady which also sent me away after sitting for an hour. my issue is, i have been to many fnb branches who helped me with my id and my marriage certificate i even opened my accout with those specific documents. i mean i wann aload a notice on my own account and i was told to jump whilst its my own money that i need access to. worse they didnt even bother to ask security questions if they were unsure of my identity or call my home branch or do anything. the service in that branch is disgusting, i wat all my accounts closed.
