A case of missing post

I received my first bill without problems. the following month i did not. upon following this up and going to the shop more then twice one of the shop assistants opened the whole cabinet. we discovered that my post box is marked 27 on the inside and 35 on the outside. I did receive my bill in June because i had gone to the shop so many times. this month again I have not received my bill. I only took the post box for my electricity bill. not getting my bill means going to the municipal office which took me two days and i shared this experience with the shop assistants. What discourages me the most is that there is no commitment from post net to sort my problem. On the 24th of August the assistant i found there said i was not getting my post because I had given Durban Metro a wrong address. That is unfounded and not true, i have double checked this. May I kindly terminate my contract and be given my refund, because after all this ordeal no one has apologized or taken me seriously.
