Error on Bill

I received my March Bill and found that they charged me an extra R200. This was strange because I never exceed my limits. I then checked and found that for that month I even carried over minutes, sms and data.
I followed up with Autopage Menlyn. The consultant there immediately found the problem and said they placed the amount after VAT on the bill before they add the VAT, thus charging me double VAT.
He then did a Credits Required request and I received a ref. number.
Two days later I received a sms stating that the Credits required has been successfully completed. However, when I received my April Bill not did they rectify the error they did it again.
Wish there is a way to get out of this contract, I am so fed up with Autopage.
They should change their slogan to Getting it wrong for you. All ways!!
