I contacted Nashua Mobile because I saw on my account I was being billed for postal delivery. This is a problem because when I took the current contract I mentioned explicitly that I would like to receive emails instead of postal bills and secondly the thing I dislike the most is that I have never received a bill through the mail.
I contacted them yesterday about this and was informed that they would not be able to credit for the money they charged so far because they can not prove that I did not ask for the postal delivery. So I had to remind the person that all calls are recorded. I was told she would get back to me. I am still waiting.
If I received the bill through the post then I would not ask for the credit, but I have never received the bill through the post (and I asked that it not be mailed to me), only through email.
