Lying about post box key

A few weeks ago, I lost my post box key at the post boxes. Numerous times I asked if they found it. Finally I applied for a new lock which cost me R95. When I finally received my new keys, and opened my post box, guess what I found. My lost keys. Dis SA Post office Centurion not have the decency to call me or notify me that they found my keys and put it in my post box? Now I had to go and spend R95 for nothing. You guys are pathetic liars
