Been dealing with Trafalgar since June this year, worst service ever! Details below:
June
o Trafalgar forgets to load my debit order
o Error corrected and debit order loaded for the 11th
o Debit order deducted on the 8th and not the 11th
o I receive no electricity bill
July
o Still no electricity bill
o Trafalgar sends me someone else's account statement
o I'm informed that the electricity owning is R547.88
o Penalty charges incorrectly added to my account for the late debit order in June
o Charges reversed
o Electricity amount was actually R480.60 and not R547.88 - they credit my account with the difference
August
o I receive my account statement - no electricity amount
o I request a copy of the municipal bill
o I receive a new account statement, 39 days later
o Still no municipal bill as requested
September
o I receive my account statement - the electricity bill is incorrect
o I request the municipal bills for last two months - they inform me that they still haven't received it (not sure how they could have billed me?)
o Request the contact details of someone to escalate the matter to - still waiting for a response
