Relocation of post boxes

My postbox used to be in the local Spar, been 7 days a week till late.

for various reasons the post office decided to move out of the spar into there own shop, with the post boxes stored next door in an area open 24 hours a day.

For some reason, they put 1 group of postboxes inside the post office (my box been part of this group).
Since the post office is only open office hours (till 5 or 5:30pm) during the week and saturday mornings on weekends, getting my post is a hassle.

As most people work, and only get home around 6, it is virtually impossible to get one's post during the week, and only possible on weekends when I am able to get there.

There is a official post office memo next to the post boxes, stating that "The postboxes will soon be relocated to the new box section located next to the post office." This was dated 11 October 2011, nearly 18 months back.

When asked, the staff just shrug and say, they don't know whats happening.

Please arrange for someone to sort this issue out.

This is unacceptable and the only othe solution is to get another box, at an additional expence.
