In July i received an electricity bill from VNET which was exorbitant and i complained and it was confirmed that there is an overcharge my bill was supposed to be form 11 June - 12 July but was done till the 22 July as the locks were changed by caretaker they couldn't't access my meter until the 22, but i was advised that in August my bill will be less. Unfortunately VNET service was cancelled during August before billing & new service provider is appointed to do electricity billing.
Through our email trails I am now being sent from pillar to post on the reimbursement of the overcharged period.
Lately am told that they don't know what am talking about.
