Sick and tired of Vodacom

I upgraded in November 2012, from a BlackBerry to Nokia.
I asked the salesman to active the option to recieve my printed bill in the post each and every month. I recieved NOTHING in the post, I only recieve a sms of the debit order going through from my bank. In January I went to the shop and asked why my bill is sky high for the past 2 months... as they discovered I am still being charged for my BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) I DON'T EVEN HAVE A BLACKBERRY!!! All they said was "sorry". Then I asked them to activate a limit on my package for R100 (Smartlight package). It was only a few days there after when I recieved another sms from Vodacom saying "I am 50% over my R100 limit", how can I be over my limit if the limit is set???
Really getting sick and tired of Vodacom!!!
