I toke my car to Audi polokwane for repair, on 14th August. Problem was the top, engine light was on and break pads. From 14th they only checked the car on 16th during the day. They told me later that day that the problem with engine light is deep stick and they have to order it, will take 2 to 3 days. They never came back to me with feedback. When I call back they keep on telling me that they are still waiting for order. Early today I called them and they told me that I have to wait for a week and half. After and hour they phoned me and tell me that they have the parts my car will be ready. When I ask about the break pads the guy told me that he will check with warehouse, he than phoned me after and hour to tell me that they have to change break pads and they don't have them. They have to order. And I inform them the day I toke the car to them and I even call in on 16th to remind them, but they only manage to checked today after I call them.
