BRAKE PADS NOT REPLACED AS PER INVOICE

Good Morning,

I recently had my car serviced and front brake pads replaced in September 2012 at Audi WESTRAND.

I have since complained and taken my car back 3 times since the breaks were replaced.

My brakes kept on making the same loud noise.

I took my car to another dealer yesterday and had my breaks replaced because they were never replaced in September as per Audi WESTRAND.

I paid over R10 000.00 for a service and brake pads that were never replaced.

I'm very disappointed in this kind of treatment specially if I received better in the past.

I want a full refund for money paid for break pads not replaced
