Unsatisfatory Service received from AUDI

On the 15th August 2013 I booked my dad's car in for a service at braamfontein Audi branch. I told the lady the problems I had with the car. The oil was leaking from the "top gasket and the air filter something was damaged" they called me to fetch the car and I get there they had a list of all other things I did not enquire about but missed the ones I asked them to check!! I then told the Mark Daemon guy my problem but he told me he will get me quotes and send them to me. (still waiting for them till today). There is also smoke coming out of the bonnet while the engine is running, nothing was said about that too??? I only used the car to drive back to my house in germiston and parked it there. Today I decided to take it to work and only to get a water light on and when my partner checked there was no water at all in the "water tank" almost blew my engine!!! how is it possible that you take a car for a service but there was no water put in the tank? It makes me wonder what else didn't they do??? I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with the service I received from Audi braamfontein!!!
