Unprofessional administration

I recently serviced my car at Bosch and my break pads was also replaced. It was a Saturday and I got a call just before 1to say my car is ready for collection. Got there paid but my car was still at the car wash. Everyone at Bosch went home and I had to wait another 40min for my car.
So after I got my car the glow lights starting flashing so the next week it was back to Bosch and they had to order a part so I took it back again to replace this brake switch thing. I do find it very strange that it stopped working after they replaced the break pads and I had to pay another R800 for the thing but anyways I paid hoping that everything will be fine. The next day I went to visit my family in Sasolburg and on my way there same thing happened and the light was flashing again. Phoned Etienne at Bosch and lLong story short, I took my car to the Volkswagen in Sasolburg who sorted out the problem and replaced the part for less than half the price Bosch charged me. Bosch did pay Volkswagen directly, but I insisted on a refund for the excess. Was promised I would receive it within 2 days but still nothing. After I phoned 5times and was promised It will be done, still nothing! absolutely pathetic!!
