Had my company bakkie serviced at Nelspruit. Saw oil spill, checked dip stick. WAS TOTALLY DRY, no oil! Drive from branch home was 2.5 hrs drive. Motor could have ceised. Not sure what other damage was caused!!! Contacted branch immediately. Have been waiting 5 hrs after requesting a courtesy car and organising my own tow-away service for the vehicle back to the dealership and STILL they can't get hold of the principle or manager, who is apparently in a meeting, to organise a courtesy verhicle. It is as if they just don't give a!!! I phoned Customer Care Ford SA.
