Bad Service and Terrible Workmanship

After taking my car for the 60 000 service, I've had to take it back 4 times as they just could not fix it properly. They would say that it's all fixed and then after a week or two at most, I have to take it back. There was a problem with the fuel pipe and they told me that when the settings were done, the people in Port Elizabeth set the car to the coastal altitude... They never checked the brake pads when they did the service and had to replace the break pads and disks - 3000 km after the service. They call you at the last minute to say that they have to keep your car over night and they never have a courtesy car for you.

On 2 of the 4 occassions they also messed up the lift they had to arrange for me and I waited for an hour and a half to be transported or picked up.

The guy in the service department and the dealer principle have such bad attitudes and make fun of you with sarcastic remarks...

I am in the process of ordering a new Audi, but will definitely not do it at the Clearwater branch.
