Terrible service and incorrect billing

After hiring a car with your company we received a bank statement that showed how your company wrongfully debited and amount from our account for petrol-which we didnt use. We returned the Chev Spark (CA 937600) to your branch at CT International Airport on 5/4/2013.According to our bank statement a vehicle (the one we hired as above) was filled up with petrol for the amount of R 527.42 on 9/4/2013 in Pietermaritzburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal. How can the vehicle be filled up with petrol 4 days after we returned it to your company's branch at CT International Airport and filled up in PMB close to 2 000 kilometres away!! We were originally given Chev Spark (ZWZ961GP) when we collected the car on 1/04/2013 from Waterfront branch. This car had faulty lights & could not be driven at night & returned it to your Stellenbosch branch 2/4/2013. We travelled about 80kms in this car (opening speedometer reading 47500). Your Stellenbosch branch gave us Chev Spark to use (CA 937600) from 2/4/2013 to 5/4/2013.We travelled 281 kms (opening speedometer 12352 &closing speedometer 12633) in this vehicle from the time that we collected it until we returned it. We travelled a total of 361 kms.
