I drive a 2012 Chev Spark LS
Has a 5 year 100 000 waranty yet when i took it in as the clutch was shuddering on 48 000 km they refused to fix the problem under waranty until we said to cancel the buy of the new chev cruze.
Then sudenly they changed theire minds as they did not wanted to loose the sale of the New Chev Cruze so they then replaced the clutch on the spark.
I collected the vehicle on the 17 December i drove about 30km on the n4 east when i realised some strange noises coming from the engin compartment.
I parked the vehicle at the sasol garage on the way to Bronkhorstspruit, phoned the service manager of Mccarthy Gm (Jim) he came out and tested the vehicle to confirm the complaint the vehicle does not want to go into any gear.
I then received a loan vehicle and they towed my car with a rope behind a bakkie. I had to phone them to see if carwas fixed. Now i received car to hear they forgot to put oil in gearbox thus it broke my gearbox. Now they replaced gearbox and it makes a humming noise like a Datsun Pulser i di not buy a datsun Pulser thinking of giving back the chev cruze also as i dont want problems and have 30 days. Now they dont know if it is a new gearbox.?
