I collected my rental vehicle from the lanseria branch on Friday evening. I have the following concerns:
1. The vehicle was poorly washed and cleaned
2. When driving at speeds above 110 km/h it feels as if the wheels are jumping off due to balancing and wheel alignment issues.
3. After leaving the airport carpark i noticed that the fuel tank was not completely full. This was confirmed when i filled up the vehicle before drop off and it took 44 liters of fuel for the 330 km i travelled!
I sent the branch manager (Linda) an e-mail, yet no response!
