I rented a vehicle from Thrifty at the Port Elizabeth Airport. On my return to the airport on Sunday 2013-11-03, I filled the vehicle with petrol right at the entrance to the airport and drove about 200m to where I handed the vehicle back to Thrifty Car Rental. When I received the final invoice 3 days later on 2013-11-06, I was charged for an additional 13, 33 liters of petrol.
In total the company defrauded me of more than R190-00 for fuel they couldn't have put into the vehicle as it was already full. Despite me having a petrol slip as proof that I filled the vehicle literally minutes before it was returned to Thrifty, they still have an attitude of "I don't believe you"
