I bought a brand new Ford Focus 2013 the 29th of March 2013. On the 27th July 2013, I was travelling to Middelburg from Blink pan and suddenly the car had no power and the speedometer went to in a few seconds with the car stalling and died while travelling and the engine light flashing. I managed to travel a few kilometres further until it didn't want to start again. at 4.45 the afternoon they managed to get me a car and wanted me to pay R5000, which i refused to pay. They phoned me yesterday 6th August 2013 to fetch my car, at my arrival the service consultant explained to me it was something to do with the bolts that were not tightened an caused a fluid leak but it is fixed now. When I got into my car I realized from full tank which I filled on the 27th July R463.75 to quarter of tank of petrol more or less 200 kilometers were travelled for testing on my cost and mentioned it. I filled my car after collection R472.91 again. I have to attend a funeral this weekend. I just want a refund of my petrol and the car to be replaced with other car since its new. I need a courtesy car which on the same grade as my ford focus since I travel far on daily bases including weekends.
