My BMW was recently in for repairs and BMW SA hired me a vehicle from Budget till such time my vehicle repairs were completed. I collected the furst vehicle at King Shaka airport and the vehicle I later discovered the passenger seat belt was not functioning as well as the tyre preassure warning light was activated. I then called and requested another vehicle and after much calls to management I finally got a replacement, I then used this vehicle and when my vehicle was repaired I then dropped off this vehicle at the Amanzimtoti branch and was then informed abruptly by the agent, Carmen that whatever fuel I filled in they would go to the petrol station and see how much more fuel can be filled into the vehicle and then I would be charged. I then contacted the area manager and asked hom about this as well as I pointed out when I collected the vehicle the guage reflected full I in good faith took the vehicle and when returning it also filled it to the same full mark, .I did not after collecting the vehicle go to the fuel station as see how much fuel could still be filled into the vehicle, he then stated he would look into the matter. I then received a call from him stating that he would waive
