Billing incorrect and Europcar not responding

I received a Chev Spark on the 16/03/2013 with 51 457 km on the odometer at Lanseria Airport with which I drove to the Kruger National Park. On the 19/03/2013 the Spark was replaced with a Nissan Micra due to faulty headlights (both were not working). When the driver collected the vehicle from me at Marloth Park, close to the Kruger National Park, the Spark had 52 171 km on the odometer. The driver who delivered the vehicle did take down the odometer reading on both vehicles. The total kilometer driven with the Spark was 714km.

The Nissan Micra had 5 516 km on the odometer when I received it, and 6 765km when I returned it. The total kilometers driven with the Nissan Micra thus is 1.249 km.

The total kilometers that I have driven thus is 714 1249 = 1963 km.

Europcar charged me the 205km from Nelspruit depot to Marloth Park to replace the vehicle. I feel this is not right as the vehicle had a defect which was not caused by me.

I queried the invoice, and after 2 week still haven't received a response to it.

I'm not feeling like the Valued customer they claim one is.
