Two weeks ago I sent an email for a service quotation for my daughters Renault. Included on my request was to find out if they could also service the airbags and do some electrical work. I received the service quotation for the car but as still waiting for a response on the other two questions. I have sent two follow up emails but still have had no answers, even when I said I would go somewhere else. I guess they don't need my business. I have 3 vehicles which I will take somewhere else when they are due for servicing.
