My Renault Scenic broke down on the 2nd may 2012 at Mcdonald waterfront in Port Elizabeth and was towed to Seamans car service for Renault and kia motors in PE. On the 04th i signed the agreement for them to do a quotation agreeing that i will be charged about R500 per for quotation.
calls and visits were shared between me and the seamans employee called Megan trying to resolved the diagnosis which was taking for ever.
today is the 14th of May and i only find out that it will take two working day for the required part to be delivered to seamans
this is by Far the most slow Renault service in RSA .Renault RSA must reconsider having seamans and their services dealer in port elizabeth
