Pathetic service

I requested a quotation from jonway motorcycles in the beginning of January 2013, i waited a week before i got feedback regarding the quotation..

Once i had submitted all the information regarding what is it i require i was told that they would put together a quotation for me..

Its now 5 weeks later and im still waiting for my quotation!!!

I think it stinks, if this is the kind of service that Jonway delivers, they shouldnt be in the industry they are!!!
