I have been negotiating a service plan quotation and also required an additional warranty product of sorts. Thabiso Mabokela was excellent and efficient in assisting with the service plan quotation and questions in that regard, but I am still waiting for the past 2 weeks for someone to contact me re the other product. I have even complained about this to Thabiso, who has informed me that she has also been trying endlessly to get that specific department to call me. Unfortunately I've had to make a decision and will not take up the service plan through liquid capital; concerned that the bad service I've received through requiring my other quotation may also be on my service plan in the future. Well done to your Thabiso on her effort; but you should take this up with the applicable warrany product department. I have taken up a service plan and warrant product through another service provider. Regards.
