Two Months and no reponse

Computer taken in on 22/7/2013 for repairs. After waiting two weeks for quotation I telephoned and had to ask for them to send it to the correct email address twice. After receiving the quotation I immediately accepted and replied to them by email and telephone. A week later I called to find out about progress and I was told that they never received acceptance of the quotation. I then again forwarded the original acceptance email and called again and Samsung confirmed receipt of the email - but No apology was given. It has now been four weeks and NOTHING but silence. Not once during this period did the Company call me to let me know about progress or that the computer was ready.

I have now moved it up to the next level and laid a complaint with the Head Office and still the same poor service and lack of response. I have asked to speak to the Manager on several occasions and I am either cut off or he is busy or out. This pattern is also evident at the Head Office level - absolute lack of service.

I have now just been cut off again and still have no idea what is going on. I have a million empty promises when all I want is the computer and nothing else!
