I have asked Lovisa for a quotation on R5000 worth of Jewelry. It has been two weeks and no response has been given. I do not understand how it can take two weeks to give a client a quotation. I have emailed the manager and no respond. It is very unprofessional to keep a client waiting for two weeks of something that normally takes one day.
